There had been a very bad accident along the route our barge was supposed to be going and because of that we couldn't go that way. Two cranes had collapsed on buildings at Alphen aan den Rijn. Here's a link if you want to know more about the accident;
BBC - Crane collapse in Alphen. And going the other way was not a possibility either due to construction work.That was one of the reason why they did the Kinderdijk trip yesterday. So we are heading back to Leiden again.
We had some time in the morning to walk around Delft again. Teo, our tour guide took us to the Town Hall and we had a short tour in there.

Then we headed towards our lunch stop at Zoetermeer. We stopped at a beach area to eat our bagged lunches, but there was also Restaurant Aa-zicht if you'd prefer to eat something else.

From there we headed out towards our next little rest stop at farm/coffee shop in Hazerwoude Dorp. This seemed to be a working farm with cows and sheep and all kinds of birds from emus to ducks. They also served a very good apple pie.

Soon we were heading back to Leiden. We stayed the night there, had a dinner on the Wending.
